How I work
A structured approach, grounded in collaboration
1. Understanding context
Before any shoot, we outline what the images need to do:
Where will they be used?
Who are they intended for?
What should they convey?
Whether it’s a corporate assignment, an architectural space, an event, or a cultural project, clarity at this stage shapes everything that follows.
2. On site/ On set
I work calmly and attentively, adapting to people, spaces, and pace.
Sometimes that means being discreet — observing, anticipating, and staying out of the way.
Other times, it means collaborating closely with teams, subjects, or creative leads.
Across all projects, my focus remains the same:
to create images that feel natural, credible, and grounded in what is actually happening.
3. Making the images
I work within existing frameworks — brand guidelines, spatial constraints, schedules — while leaving room for nuance and human presence.
My approach balances structure and sensitivity.
Rather than chasing effects, I focus on clarity, consistency, and images that hold up over time.
4. Editing and Delivery
Editing is careful and restrained.
Images are selected and refined to work as a coherent set, not as isolated highlights.
Colour, contrast, and tone are handled with longevity in mind — avoiding trends that date quickly.
Delivery is clear, timely, and aligned with agreed usage across platforms.

5. Working long-term
Many of my collaborations develop over time.
By returning to the same people, spaces, or organizations, I help build visual libraries that grow steadily and remain coherent — supporting ongoing communication rather than one-off moments.
The goal is simple:
a working process that feels reliable, thoughtful, and easy to return to.
