I’m Shruti,

a Belgium-based photographer and visual storyteller working across editorial, cultural, and spatial contexts.

My practice is rooted in observation, paying attention to how people move through environments, how atmosphere shapes experience, and how small gestures often reveal more than staged moments ever could.

Alongside commissioned work, I maintain an ongoing personal practice of photographing cities, interiors, and transitional spaces without a fixed destination or outcome.

Walking, pausing, noticing.

That open-ended way of working continues to shape how I approach assignments.

Whether documenting a gathering, a designed space, a creative process, or an editorial narrative, I’m interested in creating images that feel attentive, restrained, and emotionally grounded.
